Ciro is 70 years old. He is a peasant who plants yucca to survive. He starts feeling tired, weak and can’t work the land anymore. His only son Gerson who is in jail wants to help his father.

Director and writer Héctor Ochoa graduated from Universidad Manuela Beltrán-ITAE as Television and Radio Producer: (2006 – 2010), Certifícate of Management and development of film projects: proimágenes – Fondo de Desarrollo Cinematográfico FDC Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga (2013). Co-producer and scriptwriter of fiction short film NARANJAS, winner of Fondo de Desarrollo Cinematográfico Colombia (2012), awarded as the best latin-american short film on the 29th Mar del Plata Film Festival, Argentina (2014), awarded on the 20th annual Palm Springs International ShortFest (2014). Director and scriptwriter of fiction short film YUCAS, winner of the award Departamental de Estímulos Santander 2015.
