After dedicating the whole of his life to puppets, Désiré has had to abandon them for a while. His friend, Fabe, (among various other jobs) has decided to create her own puppet show to teach children the importance of going to school. The film begins in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, in a cemetery for puppets.

Elena Molina studied Audiovisual Communication at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain. She also attended the Università degli Studi di Perugia (Italy) and the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. Molina also works in collaboration with the Documentary Creative Workshop for Women at the Cultural Center Francesca Bonnemaison.
