Wilito is a 13 year old boy living in the slums of Los Praditos, Santo Domingo, the capital city of the Dominican Republic. It is in slums like this where a vast part of the working class live. There are periodic water and electricity shortages in the city, as Sundays are the only day Los Praditos receives water. This micro-documentary follows Wilito through a typical Sunday in his “barrio.”
